Fees

Private Fee for 55 Minute Session………………………………………..$150

Accept Aetna, Blue Cross of Idaho, Cigna and  private pay. I take all major credit cards. I will accept your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and will provide a receipt for you or your HSA/FSA plans on request. In the case of late cancellation, I ask for at least 24 hours advanced notice or you will be required to pay $60.00 for missed session.

I do accept referrals from Open Path (which is a reduced rate), you can go to the website and apply to see if you qualify for services. I do only keep limit spots for Open Path.  https://openpathcollective.org

 

 

Important Notice For Medicare Beneficiaries

If you have Medicare coverage, please inform me at the outset of services. I have opted out as a Medicare provider, which means you are not able to seek reimbursement from Medicare for the services I am providing. In addition, you will need to sign a separate contract form (required by Medicare) to indicate your understanding.

 

What is EMDR therapy?

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy that uses bilateral stimulation (BLS) to enable people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences such as childhood traumas, traumatic events, stressful events, bullying, bad breakups, loss of loved ones, and anything or any event that feels like a violation on our core self which causes it to get stuck in our brain. Our brain is an adaptive information processing system that moves towards healing and with the use of BLS, it helps to get it unstuck and integrate into our brain.
